Prices are per person per day. Children under 4 years of age are free; for children from 4 to 12 reduction are provided.
Half board includes the stay, breakfast and dinner, with courses from appetizers to desserts, including drinks (water, wine, coffee and grappa).

From March 1 to the first Sunday of November (included) the tourist tax of the Municipality of Manciano is in force: the amount of tax is 1 € per person per night and is applied up to a maximum of 7 nights also cumulative in the period that the tax is in force. Children under 14 years of age are exempt.

Pets
Pets are allowed upon prior notification when booking.
To avoid any problem with other guests we do not allow pets to access the restaurant and during the cleaning of the room we kindly ask you to not leave them in your room.
We have a Maremma shepherd dog who walks freely in the garden and is very friendly.
We kindly ask you to keep your dog as much as possible on a leash when in the garden in order not to disturb the tranquility of the other guests.
At check-out a € 20 cleaning fee will be required.

Linen
The bed linen and the towels for the bathroom are included in the price.

To confirm your reservation we require a deposit that is equal to the amount to be paid for the first night (in the case of short stays), while for medium / long stays it is € 200. Bookings can be made via:
– credit card indicating the number, the deadline and the name of the holder (required only as a warranty, no charge will be made at the moment of booking)
or
– bank transfer to Giovanni Detti indicating the reason for the transfer “Stay from xx until xx … ..”
